Return and Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at MWS STORE. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or another suitable method. Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the mistake was made by us. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
